Paris Hilton and boyfriend Benji Madden partied over the weekend in Atlantic City at the Borgata’s poker room with Benji’s brother Joel. Joel’s girlfriend, Nicole Richie, was not there and there is buzz that Joel and Nicole are on the outs.
