Today’s song is “On Our Way” by Digital Order. The Perth, Australia group is comprised of Shane Ariti (Vocals), Will Cruz (Keys), Henry Gunson (Drums), and Andy Beerli (Guitar).
Taking influences from electronic artists Justice and The Bloody Beetroots then merging them with classic hard rock acts like Led Zeppelin and Black Sabbath. What resulted is their own unique blend of “electronic rock” described as Black Sabbath meets Daft Punk.
Digital Order came together in 2013 and launched an EP crowdfunding campaign in 2014 that raised over $2,000. The band also launched the band on a nationwide tour. The band had the privilege to play at Expresstival in 2015 in front on 8000 people in the heart of Perth (Forest Chase) to raise money for the homeless and people suffering with mental illness.
Their music has been getting play on US college and indie radio, debuted at #1 on US digital radio the rock charts and #36 overall on Australia’s Triple J’s Unearthed radio – a huge milestone for the band.
This is the latest track from the band and is an infectious little electronica diddy that hits the ears with a high intensity energy and bodacious hard rocking beats.
