Today’s song is “The Gold Rush” by Conversing with Oceans. This is the side project of Bronx band A Moment’s Worth lead vocalist Alex Bondarev.
This project shows his versatile song writing abilities and is a departure from the loud rock music made with A Moment’s Worth. Bondarev explains he began writing songs while in the band that were ”even more introspective and more experimental in their nature.”
They also had a different voice, a different story to them–a voice and story that were my own.”
This is the latest song from Conversing with Oceans. It is a upbeat ballad that makes the heart flutter with its beautiful piano melodies and gut wrenching love lorn lyrics. This is sure to catch your ears and make you feel warm and fuzzy inside.
