Right On Dynamite to Release ‘In Vino Veritas’ September 13th

Right on Dynamite, a three man rock ‘n roll combo from Greenpoint, Brooklyn will be releasing their debut LP In Vino Veritas on September 13 via MeccaLecca. Right on Dynamite spent much of 2010 crafting its eagerly anticipated debut In Vino Veritas. Produced by the band and mixed by John Agnello (Dinosaur Jr., Sonic Youth, Kurt Vile).

Earlier this summer the band released their Duck 10-inch on Wharf Cat/MeccaLecca. Filter Magazine premiered the title track of the 10-inch, calling the song a “true rock song with wailing guitars and distortion galore.” The 10-inch consists of “Duck” (exclusive to this release), “What Would Ringo Do?” (off In Vino Veritas), and a remix of “What Would Ringo Do?” by Andreas Lust (Frightened Rabbit) on the B-side. Duck is the band’s first release since 2009, and is available digitally and on in a limited edition run of yellow vinyl.

The band’s self-released Right on Dynamite EP drew much acclaim upon its 2009 release, with New York Magazine declaring RoD to be “the party for now.” National tours alongside Frightened Rabbit and The Hold Steady followed, as did the digital-only single, “Alright.” On August 3rd, Right on Dynamite will once again share the stage with Frightened Rabbit, opening their Music Hall of Williamsburg show in Brooklyn.
