Today’s song is “Obsession” by Sky Ferreira. The 18-year-old has been making buzz with her own bred of dance electronica. The song (written by OneRepublics Ryan Tedder) is currently available as a Now What’s Next Bonus Track on the digital version of Now Thats What I Call Music, Vol. 35. It has also been featured, alongside tracks by Gorillaz, Bat For Lashes, and Goldfrapp, on the upcoming soundtrack to the CW show The Vampire Diaries, which was released by Virgin Records on October 12th.
