Today’s song is “Ask Me” by Caitlin Cobb-Vialet. Hailing from San Francisco, California this songwriter and multi-instrumentalist has crafted a track that is effortlessly intimate. Her emotive and alluring piano melodies blend seamlessly with her lovelily unique vocals.

According to an interview with Adobe & Teardrops, Vialoet says, “Ask Me was inspired by the newfound feeling of safeness and understanding that I felt in my first queer relationship. At the end of the song, I come to the realization that ‘even in love you’re still alone,’ alluding to the temporary nature of even powerful love.”

This track is off her upcoming debut album Endless Void, out May 6th via War Chant Records.
