Today’s song is “This Hollywood Road” by Rob Alexander. This South Florida native is physician Anesthesiologist who makes some sweet tunes.
His sound is piano-driven with big vocals that can be reminiscent of artists like Billy Joel, and Neil Diamond. He uses a crooning vocal styling similar to that of Elton John and he even has three current members of Elton’s band on this new album.
Your ears will perk up and enjoy his big melodies with catchy hooks, and sing-along choruses. It is an undeniably fun and easy listening track that everyone can appreciate.
This track is the opening track off his latest release Being Myself. The album is a follow up to his 2018 debut release Long Road Coming Home.
