Today’s song is “Messiah” by FLAUNT. The Colorado/Maine duo is comprised of musicians Justin Jennings and Joseph Vitterito. The guys came together from across the country over social media with the main goal of making music that is art.
And art they have made. This song is off their latest project RAVE NOIR. Like the title of their album this music mixes the best of dance and techno with dark religious undertones. The music is creatively delivered with a musical mashup of guitars, keys, and brooding vocals. They remind me of early 90’s dance act LaBouche mixed with Bloc Party and the Killers.
