Today’s song is “Stand Next To Me” by Citadel. This song is off the band’s self-titled EP which came out last month. Citadel is the music project of Philadelphia-based multi-instrumentalist, producer and founder of music subscription startup, FeedbackLoop, Justin Chapman. Needing a creative outlet that was free of time constraints and genre parameters, Chapman formed Citadel as a collaborative effort between several of Philadelphia’s most prominent singers and songwriters. This group blends live instruments, homemade synthesizers, and electronic elements into a dark and heavy blend of indie-infused pop.
