Today’s song is “Closer” by Tegan and Sara. This track is off their latest album Heartthrob which is out now. The album was produced mainly by Greg Kurstin (The Shins, Kelly Clarkson, Ke$ha). Tegan and Sara have been road warriors this year.
After putting the finishing touches on Heartthrob, they hit the road with The Black Keys and performed at Austin City Limits, before heading out on a two-month UK and US tour with The Killers. They’re set to go on their own headlining tour this year, highlighted by shows at NYC’s Beacon Theatre.
