Today’s song is “Return It” by Kim Ann Foxman. Kim Ann Foxman is known as a DJ, a producer, or as the former member of Hercules and Love Affair. She built a name for herself by working hard across the world, and lighting up the club scene everywhere she passed by. Now she’s going solo. She signed with London underground label Needwant, the Hawaiian-bred producer found her love for the rave scene at a young age, which contributed to her amazing life in NYC’s East Village.
When discussing her new music, Foxman said, “There will be moments of dancing as well as a good sing-a-long. It won’t be stuck in one specific genre. Of course it’ll include house-y vibes but some other elements for sure as well. R&B and freestyle influences too, as well as slow jams.” Kim Ann Foxman lets her fans know what to expect on her highly anticipated full-length record. For now, touring, releasing the Return It / Hypnotic Dance double-A single, and remixing are keeping Foxman busy full-time.
