Today’s song is “Ocean Green” by Heartbeats. The Minneapolis group is made up of Ryan Carrera, Tim Greenwood, Eric Lovold, Jason McGlone, and Colin Sheffield. The group was started as a studio recording adventure. A record was quietly and quickly assembled, and soon the band decided that it was necessary to play the songs live. The lead singer is moving to Portsmouth, NH, flying back to do shows in the home town, and poising the band to be set up in Boston and New York as well. They look to release a full length release early 2013.
