Today’s song is “Neverlasting” by CERTAIN PEOPLE I KNOW. This is the latest project from the legendary Bob Nanna (Braid, Hey Mercedes, The City on Film, and Bomb). The band is made up of Nanna and Damon Atkinson, Jeff Dean, Lauren LoPiccolo, and Matt Schuessler. This is the opening track from the band’s album self-titled LP which is out now on Count Your Lucky Stars. This is a great tune that reminds me a bit of nineties rock. It’s got a upbeat melodies with some kicking chorus lines.
