Today’s song is “Warm Winter” by The Moor. This is off their self-titled album which came out this past August via Dilettante. The band has a familiar and beautiful sound that is a haunting concoction of synthesizers, piano, subdued guitars, and mesmerizing vocals. With musical contributions from Josh Klinghoffer (PJ Harvey, Red Hot Chili Peppers), Simon Lord (Simian, Black Ghosts), and Bryan Hollon (Boom Bip, Neon Neon) and finishing touches by mix guru Noah Georgeson (Joanna Newsom, The Strokes) they end product is an excitingly dreamy, aesthetic.
