All it took was a bottle of whiskey & a convincing argument to plant the seed of a solo project in Dom Lettera’s (The Escape Engine) mind. That seed was fertilized the very next day by a phone call offering a show, and within hours The Death Of Me was born. The northern NJ band, recently released their first music video for the single “Lock & Key.” Watch below for hard hitting rock led by the sultry, dark vocals. The song is accompanied by a montage of the band’s performances and their time on the road. The video directed by Chris Sandas, has caught the eye of numerous blogs, websites, and magazines from TheNJUnderground.com to The Aquarian. Since the December release of their debut album The Vanity EP, however, it’s been their explosive live shows that have garnered them the most attention and hailing them “New Jersey’s next band to go national.”
