Today’s song is “Tell the House” by Robin Bacior. The Chico, California native has put her imprint on the New York folk scene. This song is off her debut EP Aimed For Night which was recorded in her hometown in May 2010 and released last fall. The EP is on her bandcamp page and her next single, “Man Before Me,” comes out March 22nd from Consonants & Vowels Recordings. She’ll be performing (dates below) all month long at a Sunday residency at Pete’s Candy Store in Brooklyn along with a handful of other dates throughout the month. In March, Bacior will travel to Austin to perform at SXSW as well as several performances around the East Coast on her way home. Her full length is scheduled for early this summer 2011.
