Today’s Song is “Stereo Love” by Edward Maya & Mia Martina. Feeling somewhat like a big fish in a little pond, Mia left home after high school, and while a student found a job opportunity to work with one of the top Canadian independent labels CP Records. The label soon realized Mia’s hidden talent and passion for music and gave her the chance to sing the chorus on the Danny Fernandes single “Nonchalant” featuring Belly. After knocking the song out of the park, CP Records recognized enormous potential and signed Mia to the label. Soon after Mia got a taste of the big stage, performing “Nonchalant” with Danny Fernandes at festivals such as Z 103’s Summer Rush and knew she wanted more. She’s since gone on to tour solo around the US, Canada, Mexico and Brazil, captivating audiences in world-class cities including NYC, Chicago, Miami (at two of the most exclusive nightclubs in America LIV and Mynt) and Mexico City.
