EvI Enterprises and Cutting Edge Culture Grammy Benefit ReCap

EvI Enterprises and Cutting Edge Culture and presented a benefit for the Grammy Foundation this past June at the premier hotspot, Hudson Terrace in NYC. The evening was filled with great performances by Grammy artists and some excellent up-and-comers.

The first band to play was CABIRIA, the mix of spanish melodies and horns coupled with the lush vocals of Rachel Jane Henry created an intense and intriguing sound.

The night continued with sensational trio of artists: GRAMMY Award Winner, Swiss Chris on drums, Ladell Mclin on guitar, and 2-time GRAMMY-nominee, Jay Rodriguez on saxaphone. The mix of soul guitar with high, intense drumming and upbeat horn.

Abe Olman Scholarship winner, Keli Price was the next act. He played a heartfelt song on the guitar. He reminded me a little bit of a Jonas Brother with his dark hair and clean cut looks.

In between artists performances, guests danced the night away to DJ YO-C and DJ Amoroso who both worked the turn tables playing some pumping tunes mixing both new and old favorites.
