The New York powerpop quartet The Constant is composed of Steven Baggs (vocals/guitar), Gary Warner (lead guitar), Matthew Michael (bass), and Lawrence Turco (drums). I saw an acoustic set by the band last Monday at Angels & Kings in the East Village and was instantly smitten by their remarkable performance and amazing music. Steven Baggs soulful vocals along with catchy grooves and popping rhythms create a grappling, skin tingling musical experience.
