A list of possible inductees for the 2010 Rock and Roll Hall of Fame has been released and include the following acts:

Red Hot Chili Peppers
Genesis
Jimmy Cliff
The Hollies
Donna Summer
Darlene Love
ABBA
The Chantels
The Stooges
Songwriter Laura Nyro
Of the 12 contendors, only five will make it in. The 25th annual induction ceremony is slated for March 15 in New York City. The inductess will be announced in December.
