Jay Z to Take Beastie's Place At All Points West

Today, it was announced that Jay Z will be taking the Beastie Boys’ spot on the Friday lineup at All Points West next week.

This is a great headliner, but honestly, when I think of Jay Z , I don’t really think of APW.

I totally agree. I’ve seen Jay-Z before, and dont get me wrong, he’s great in concert, but rap acts in general, dont work for outdoor venues at all. Before this annoucement, I had heard a rumor that Pearl Jam would replace the Beasties. Now, that would have been awesome!
