So today was a crazy day and work this week has just been a little bit too busy. It’s frustrating when I can’t do what I want to do becuase work gets in the way. Now its 2 A.M. and I’m a bit too tired to really post anything of substance, but I just wanted to post something. So here is some randomness about how everything goes back to music in my life sometimes.
Tonight we went out to dinner for my mom’s birthday and was really nice getting together with my family who I don’t really see that often. My mom had brought up how she heard some muzak version of “Tom’s Diner” by Suzanne Vega. I started thinking how I hadn’t heard that song since I was elementary school. That sparked me thinking about this sweater song that my sister had brought home on cassette tape one time (not the Weezer Undone- The Sweater song). That sweater song was the same type of beat as Tom’s Diner and had a female singer. I did a Google search, but came up with nothing.The rest of the conversation was music dominated and it just goes to show how evenr when I’m not thinking about things to post on her and new bands to look for I’m still talking about music. I know this is random but I’m tired and its late so oh well…
