Today’s song is “Float” by Erich Mrak. The Toronto native has been making music for over a decade. Starting at the young age of seven he has crafted his sounds at the tender age of 21 years old.
This track is the follow up to his Retrospect EP released this past August. “Float” is off his upcoming EP entitle Healed.
“Float” sounds exactly as it is titled. The music will make you feel like you’re gliding through the air. Mrak’s pop melodies mix beautifully with his affectionate rhymes about chronicling his one year unstable relationship with a girl who did him wrong. Though this track is short it has a heavy upbeat melody with fun lyrics that will stay in your head all day long.
