About Rilo Kiley

Rilo KileyJenny Lewis, Blake Sennett, Jason Boesel, and Pierre “Duke” de Reeder—formed in late-1990s Los Angeles from a shared love of songwriting and storytelling.

Their debut Take Offs and Landings (2001) introduced a sound that blended indie rock with confessional lyricism. Follow-ups like The Execution of All Things (2002) and More Adventurous (2004) solidified their place in indie rock history. 2007’s Under the Blacklight showcased their range with a groovier, sleazier palette, followed by Rkives (2013), a fan-favorite compilation of rarities.

After more than a decade apart, the band has returned with a renewed sense of purpose.

“It couldn’t have happened any sooner,” says Lewis. “Now is the time to share that joy and love with each other—and with everyone else.”

“Planning this reunion over these past months has been like reconnecting with family,” adds de Reeder. “We haven’t missed a beat.”

“Reconnecting with those people is paramount to anything else,” reflects Sennett.

“It’s going to be wonderful for us,” Lewis says, “like going back to the purest version of yourself.”

This tour isn’t just a reunion—it’s a celebration.
