Lady Gaga Lands Second No. 1 Single, Makes Billboard History

Lady Gaga Performs At The Wiltern

Pop Sensation, dance diva Lady Gaga is the first singer in almost ten years to hit the top of the Billboard charts with her first two singles, Reuters reports.

Gaga’s first single, “Just Dance” was No. 1 on the Hot 100 Singles chart in January, and held that spot for three weeks. Her second single, “Poker Face” has landed in the top spot, too, knocking out Flo Rida’s “Right Round,” which had been king of the mountain for six weeks.

The last singer to achieve this milestone was Christina Aguilera for “Genie in A Bottle” and “What a Girl Wants.” Going back further, Mariah Carey and Tiffany have also both had two number one singles back-to-back.

Lady Gaga’s music is awesome!
