I listened to the song on Kelly Clarkson’s myspace page. I’m usually not a fan of American Idol winners, but I really like a lot of the songs on the Breakaway CD released in 2004 and a few on My December. Kelly’s newest single ‘My Life Would Suck Without You” is really lacking something that I can’t quite put my finger on. The intro is reminiscent of “Since You’ve Been Gone” but the beat kind of fiddles out in the middle, the lyrics are typical generic teenage love a la Miley Cyrus or some other immature performer.
