The Daily news has reported that Blake Fielder-Civil has admitted that he made Amy Winehouse a junkie and has plans to leave her to "save her life."
"I dragged Amy into [drugs] and without me there is no doubt that she would never have gone down that road," Blake Fielder-Civil told Britain's News of the World in an explosive new interview.
According to Fielder-Civil, Winehouse took up heroin, cocaine and self-mutilation under his influence, "and then our lives fell apart."
Winehouse almost died in front of her husband last summer, he says, when she suffered a seizure after an all-day heroin and crack binge.
The 26-year-old is currently living in a London-area rehab facility where he has resided since his Nov. 5 release from jail.
Fielder-Civil feels that the only way to help her is to leave her.
What a crazy, f***ed up relationship. It will be interesting to see what happens. Atleast Blake finally realized how he ruined her life. Now all we need is for Amy to get her sh**t together. Someone needs to take control and put that girl in her place.
