Lil' Wayne may be heading back to court. The rapper is being sued by a concert promoter who claims the rapper was a no-show at a "Poppin Bottles" concert in the Bahamas last Sept. 27 because he was too tipsy to perform.

Cool Band Alert: Elizabeth & The Catapult

Elizabeth & The Catapult is an indie folk rock trio from Brooklyn comprised of Elizabeth Abby Lynn Ziman, Pete Woodman Lalish, and Dan Molad. This band has its roots in NYC's West Village where Ziman grew up and started writing music.

This band has a jazzy rock vibe complimented by the sultry sound of vocalist Elizabeth Ziman. Their music is reminiscent of Rilo Kiley.
